Doctor Tendler has been in private practice in Palm Beach County continuously since 2006. He is board certified in general psychiatry, sleep medicine and obesity medicine. He sees patients thirty hours a week, the remainder of his time he does clinical research and education on neuro-stimulation as the Chief Medical Officer for BrainsWay, the developers of Deep-TMS. He focuses on treatments that in his assessment are likely to improve functioning. Areas of strength for the practice are the treatment of patients with treatment resistant mood and anxiety disorders, autism and schizophrenia. Transcranial magnetic stimulation, vagus nerve stimulation, individual and family psychotherapy, exposure therapy and intravenous infusions are available.
